You’ve already started your Twin Flame journey, right here and now…you’ve done far more than just taken the first step…you’ve awakened to the Twin Flame connection and that deserves acknowledging and even congratulating yourself for - as it’s usually a long and often difficult road that leads to this point.
Twin Flames & Divine Timing
Everything within the Twin Flame connection happens with divine right timing - Twin Flames will meet when they’re destined to meet.
Your awareness of the connection now is an indication that your journey is already well underway and possibly somewhere out there, your Twin Flame is awakening to the connection too.
They might not be having the exact same thoughts and feelings as you are, but they may still be experiencing things now which could eventually, one day, lead them to meeting you.
We might not know it yet and it may take a while before we reach the day when we can look back and pinpoint where all of these things came together, but at this early stage all we can do is have faith and trust that everything is working out behind the scenes with divine right timing.

Searching for anything in life can feel somewhat tedious and like a bit of a chore at times. Looking for love is even more complicated, it can be an emotional minefield, full of twists and turns that can leave us overwhelmed, exhausted and feeling like giving up…

How to attract your Twin Flame - The Importance of Acceptance
The first step to attracting your Twin Flame begins with acceptance…
The act and intention of acceptance in the Twin Flame relationship is an important element, not to be overlooked. Sometimes we have to learn valuable lessons in order to reach the level of patience and humble open-mindedness required to achieve a state of true acceptance.
To be truly accepting and free of want or hurry, to be willing to relinquish control, to be able to go with the flow etc - all require spiritual maturity, deep understanding and freedom from ego - all of which, are crucial lessons that the Twin Flame journey seeks to teach us, so accepting and embracing them now can really speed up our progress.
There are small changes that we can introduce into our day-to-day lives that can help edge us closer to Twin Flame Union, affirmations are just one of the many tools we have available.
The Affirmation exercise below was created to:
Induce feelings of acceptance within the Twin Flame connection (which is a powerful step towards union)
To communicate and convey your intentions to the universe. (Which helps to activate the law of attraction)
To mark and affirm the beginning of your Twin Flame journey (which again, is beneficial when using the law of attraction)
Twin Flame Attraction Exercise - Acceptance Affirmations
Use these Affirmations to create a wave of acceptance and allow it to wash over you...
Step 1
Choose 2 or more affirmations from the list below that resonate best with you and your Twin Flame or those which will be the most helpful to your current situation. (Feel free to tweak them to make them more personal and meaningful to you)
Step 2
Sit comfortably and relax or get yourself into a meditative state if you can, then close your eyes and say in your mind or out loud your chosen affirmations from the list below.
Step 3
Repeat each affirmation slowly, at least 3 times. Really try to feel the words that you’re saying, have faith that the universe is listening and is ready and waiting to assist you.
Step 4
Finish by giving thanks for all of the help and guidance you’ve received so far and for all that’s still to come in the future.
Twin Flame Acceptance Affirmations
I accept where I’m at on my Twin Flame Journey - I’m exactly at the point that I’m supposed to be.
I accept that I’m a Twin Flame and my Divine Counterpart is out there somewhere, also being guided towards our divine union.
I accept that my Twin Flame journey is guided by divine timing and may require me to be patient at times.
I accept that the Twin Flame journey won’t always be perfect, I’m ready to handle the ups and downs as they come.
I accept that my Twin Flame journey is unique and will go at its own pace.
My Twin Flame and I are always being guided towards union, even if I can’t always see it as it’s happening.
I accept that there may be elements of the Twin Flame journey that are out of my control and I’m happy to go with the flow and see where the universe takes me.
I accept that my Twin Flame may take longer to awaken to the connection than me and that they need time to go at their own pace.
I accept that there may be more that I need to do before I’m ready to meet my Twin Flame and I’m excited to start learning and experiencing what I need to grow as an individual first.
I accept that when the time is right, me and my Twin Flame will meet and come together into full union.
I accept and welcome any assistance or guidance from the universe/god/spirit guides etc, on my Twin Flame journey and I am thankful for all of the help and blessings that I receive.
How to attract your Twin Flame - Sending out the right signals
Affirmations are a fabulous start and the above exercise may begin to make a noticeable difference quite quickly - but we can go further when it comes to letting the universe know we’re ready for our Twin Flame relationship to begin.
To attract your Twin Flame into your life, it’s a good idea to make sure that you’re sending out the right signals. There are countless ways to do this but by doing our soul work and getting ourselves prepared for our Twin Flame sends a strong signal to the universe that we are taking this seriously and are ready to embark on our Twin Flame mission.
How To Prepare For Your Twin Flame
Now that you’ve decided you’re ready to meet your Twin Flame, it can really help to speed things up if you start to prepare yourself - physically, mentally & spiritually.
This sends a clear message to the universe about your wants and intentions for your Twin Flame relationship, which is a massive help when using the law of attraction.
Preparing for your Twin Flame
It’s time to make room in your life for your Twin Flame to enter. Start to prepare your world and your reality for this beautiful relationship to unfold.
For example, if you’ve currently got a single bed and dream of one day lazing in your lovers arms in a sleepy daze…it might be time to start saving for a nice new double bed - start making room for your divine counterpart in your physical world now.
If you live in a small apartment and you’ve got clutter, boxes and stuff stored everywhere - it’s time to move it, tidy, reorganise and make space. Ask yourself - is there room for my Twin Flame here?…could we happily hang out in here?…
Imagine seeing the empty space in your bed, knowing that one day your Twin Flame will be sleeping peacefully there, or let your mind wonder to the two of you sipping wine over a romantic dinner at your table, again, if you haven’t got a table and this is something that you want, then go get one…whatever it is that you dream of, start to prepare what’s needed for it to happen.
The examples above are merely basic examples and you may have totally different ideas and desires for your Twin Flame relationship. So, spend some time figuring out what it is you truly want, envision your and your Twin Flame’s lives together, then go get what’s needed to achieve it - whether that be some new furniture, accessories, a simple declutter to a complete makeover, move or whatever else it is that you desire.
Whatever it is that you feel will help to prepare you and your space/life/home/environment etc for your Twin Flame union. It may require some deep contemplation or you may know instantly whilst reading this the exact changes that you want to make - you may even have been considering these exact same changes for a long time already now.
How to prepare for your Twin Flame even if money is tight
Preparing your physical world can be greatly beneficial to kick starting your Twin Flame journey but I know some of you may be panicking whilst reading the above…
If your mind went straight to thoughts like - “oh my, I can’t afford that!” , “I haven’t got the money to change anything right now”, “I’m too broke to prepare for my Twin Flame”… please don’t panic!
You DO NOT need to spend lots of money to achieve this!…I repeat, please don’t go out and get into debt or financial difficulties whilst trying to prepare for your Twin Flame. That isn’t necessary at all, please always live within your means and only ever spend what you can comfortably afford to.
If you do have the money available to incorporate these changes immediately into your life, then that’s great, all you have to do is think hard about how you truly wish for the future with your Twin Flame to be and go and find those things. But if funds are tight right now (like they are for most of us) that doesn’t change a thing either…you still need to spend the time and effort thinking and planning how to prepare for your Twin Flame…money has little to do with it.
Whether you’ve got £1,000,000 in the bank or £1 - don’t let your current finances restrict your imagination and dreams for the future. You can still get everything you need to prepare for your Twin Flame regardless of how much money you have available right now.
Most of the time, all it takes is a bit of extra organisation, storage or finally getting round to those jobs you’ve been putting off like decluttering or having a clear out, getting rid of the old to make room for the new, which costs very little.
Remember, we’re attracting our Twin Flame and using the law of attraction. So, you needn’t worry about not having everything you need to right away, you’ll attract this too!
Once you decide upon what it is you truly want and what you believe you need to prepare for your Twin Flame union, you’ll be surprised just how quickly it can manifest into your world!
Manifesting what you need to prepare for your Twin Flame
Using the basic example from above again, if you desire a new dining table to make those romantic meals you’ve been fantasising about a reality - it won’t be long before you stumble across one that’s very similar to the table of your dreams, that also just happens to be somehow right within your budget…
You could just be walking down the street a week or two after you’ve made up your mind and decided that you want a new table…then walk smack bang into the perfect one outside your local second hand store or charity shop for just £20. You could notice an ad for one being sold in your local area, or even being given away for free…the universe has got an unlimited amount of ways to get us what we need. So please, don’t let money limit you when it comes to setting your wants, desires and intentions.
It’s shocking just how many times I’ve had my heart set on something and then somehow found it or an extremely close match to it, within just a few days or a week - super cheap, discounted or free from somewhere totally unexpected. (Of course I will add, when looking for second hand furniture be sure to buy from reputable sellers or retailers and always check for signs of bedbugs/woodworm etc - I wouldn’t recommend bringing stuff home you’ve just found in the street, that wouldn’t be a good idea!)
When we align ourselves with what we really want and visualise it and believe we are worthy of it, the universe has a funny way of getting us to it.
If the things that you desire are in alignment with your Twin Flame journey, they’ll soon manifest themselves into your world with ease, so keep your eyes peeled and start preparing for them now. Make space for that table (or whatever it is that you desire) as it’ll soon be on its way.
Preparing for your Twin Flame - Manifesting visualisation exercise
This simple visualisation exercise was created to help you succeed in manifesting everything you need or desire to create a life for you and your Twin Flame.
Step 1
Spend a few moments thinking about what it is that you truly want, I’ve used the example of wanting a new dining table but your wants will be specific to you and your desired scenario and outcome.
Step 2
Once you’ve decided what the scenario you’re going to focus on is and have pinpointed what you need - write it down on a piece of paper or print out a photo or have one on your phone to hand.
Step 3
Sit comfortably and place the words/photo in front of you, meditate if you can and clear your mind.
Step 4
Now begin to imagine your ideal moment with your Twin Flame, imagine them using the new items/space you’ve created.
Step 5
Keep building this image in your mind, visualise it as clearly and vividly as you can. Look at your photo/words if you need help to refocus your thoughts.
Try to imagine with all of your senses - what does it sound like, feel like, taste like, smell like…really build up the picture until it feels like you’re actually there in the moment, living it.
Step 6
Hold your visualisation for as long as you can, try for at least 5-10 minutes (which is harder than it sounds!)
Step 7
Before you finish, take a moment in your visualisation to feel gratitude and give thanks for what’s around you, then when you’re ready, open your eyes and leave the visualisation.
How often should I do this visualisation exercise?
I recommend that you try to do this visualisation exercise 2-3 times a week, for a couple of weeks. Then stop and take a break, don’t think about your visualisation for at least 2 weeks (or more), just completely let go and move on from it - this will give the universe a chance to get to work and you may get your results during this time, if you haven’t already!
After taking a break you can resume the visualisation exercise again, either repeating your original idea if it didn’t quite reach fruition, expanding upon it, visualising something entirely new or envisioning the next phase of your Twin Flame journey.
Manifesting Twin Flame Union
All of the steps and activities above are a good start towards attracting your Twin Flame and manifesting union, once your soul’s have embarked on this mission, there’s no putting on the brakes. Progress is always being made, even when sometimes it feels like you’re going one step forward and two steps back…it is unfolding in whatever way it can.
The universe will always try to guide us down the path of least resistance but it’s not always easy for us to see it at the time. A little bit of acceptance and patience can go a long way, for some reason these things can almost feel like the most difficult to achieve but mastering these qualities will certainly be a benefit to you in many areas of life and throughout the Twin Flame journey.
There’s so much more to say on this and I’ll post more on manifesting Twin Flame union very soon, for now the best place to begin is with the steps I’ve mentioned above - I’d love to hear how you got on with these exercises if you gave them a try so please don’t hesitate to comment or message me with your progress or questions, I’ll do my best to respond asap.
Twin Flames Are Destined To Be Together

You needn’t worry, as Twin Flames are always destined to be together, sooner or later. The steps I’ve mentioned in this post are simply ways that you can help to speed up the process on your end, we still have to have patience for our Twin Flame to awaken and progress along their spiritual journey too but now that the ball is rolling you may find that the universe gives their soul’s a little kickstart along their journey too.
