Twin Flame Meditation Game


A Twin Flame Connection Exercise


Try this connection exercise when you feel the need to reconnect to your Twin Flame. This exercise is designed for Twin Flames to do together but it can also be done solo if you and your Twin Flame are apart.

Aim of exercise:

To boost the connection between Twin Flames and to open up a channel for communication and unconditional love.



When we meditate, we quiet the mind. This meditative state is a brilliant time to open channels and receive messages. So meditating with your twin flame or soul mate is a powerful way to strengthen your connection.

Even if times are tough and you can’t seem to have a decent conversation without getting your wires crossed or arguing, if you both agree to meditate together then you are both giving the “go ahead” for your higher selves to take the wheel.


Getting Started


Make sure you’re both dressed in something comfortable and that you’re not hungry, too cold or feeling any other kind of discomfort.


Set the scene


Choose somewhere quiet where you won’t be disturbed, you can be as creative as you want with your meditation space. Maybe place some nice floor cushions and beautiful blankets for you both to meditate on.


Candles and oil burners can fill the room with relaxing scents and select some soothing music, nature sounds or meditation music to listen to.


Add some crystals if you wish, include your favourites and stones for love like rose quartz, rhodonite, malachite & jade, I like to include Lapis Lazuli for truth and honesty in the connection.


You’ll end up with a pretty romantic looking space when you’re done getting it ready. The atmosphere alone is enough to get love on both of your minds.


You can also do this separately if you cant be with your twin flame in person. Just both agree on a time that you’re going to meditate together, set your own meditation space and both sit with a photo of each other, maybe speak before you start and agree what your are both going to do before hand.

   

Getting Into It


Sit crossed legged (if this is comfortable for you) opposite your twin flame. You can rest your hands on your knees or reach across and hold your twin flames hands (which ever is most comfortable for you both). Once you’ve wiggled about a bit and are both in comfy positions, you’re ready to start.


Spend a few minutes just being with each other, look at your twin flame, look into their eyes, think about them, think about what you love about them, if you’re apart look at your photograph. Study their face, their smile, how familiar and comforting it is to you. Try to clear your mind of all other thoughts and just bring your focus to your twin flame.


When you’re ready, close your eyes and start off focusing on your breathing, once you are relaxed enough and feel like you’ve reached a meditative state, switch your focus back to your twin flame.


Keep meditating and allow your Twin Flame’s image to come to you, don’t try to force it too much, you’ve already set your intentions so there’s no need, just allow the thoughts to come naturally.


Next, envision your third eye begin to slowly open. Picture it growing and opening up to your Twin Flame partner - the image you’re holding in your mind of your Twin Flame may get instantly clearer, you may even feel tingling where your third eye is during this phase.

Both you and your Twin Flame will now be in a meditative state, envisioning that your third eyes are open. This will open a channel between you and your Twin Flame and can pave the way for giving and receiving love, messages and understanding to each other. Continue to enjoy this moment for as long as you both wish.


After


It can be fun to talk about what you each experienced afterwards, you may find you both had similar thoughts pop into your minds or you may just feel like falling into each others arms. Both Twin Flames should be left feeling a stronger connection and bond to each other.
